Rachael Jeffers is representative for Northern Ireland.
Rachael is a part-time Welfare Rights Adviser for Community Advice Craigavon and part-time LPC Student at the University of Law. She currently holds a LLM in Access to Justice (previously Clinicla Legal Education) from Ulster University and a LLB (Hons) from University of York.
Rachael has worked in welfare rights for nearly a decade. Rachael started as Student Clinician at York Law School Clinic and Ulster University Law Clinic before securing employment as a Caseworker with Citizens Advice Mid-Ulster. Rachael then moved to Law Centre NI where she worked as both a Welfare Reform Adviser and Training Officer, providing second-tier advice, support and training to members of the public and fellow advisers.
Rachael is a regular contributor to local BBC Radio and has published articles and information resources for use in Northern Ireland. She is also Chair of Mid-Ulster Volunteer Centre and InVOLve NI.
In her spare time Rachael sings with a local Music Society and is a frequent theatre goer.
